MyJava.AI is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and delete your information when you interact with our voice-based peer support platform.

We collect only the minimum necessary information to provide and improve our services:

• Voice recordings of sessions for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
   
• Session metadata, such as timestamps, session IDs, and participant pseudonyms.
   
• User-submitted information (e.g., if you voluntarily share your name, preferences, or feedback).
   
• Technical data (e.g., browser type, device info) for system diagnostics.
   

We do not require personally identifiable information unless explicitly provided by the user.

We use your information to:

• Facilitate and improve weekly peer support sessions.
   
• Maintain conversational context between sessions.
   
• Monitor and enhance service quality and accessibility.

We use third-party services such as ElevenLabs to facilitate real-time voice generation and transcription. These services may temporarily process audio data under strict data protection agreements.

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in on our pilot signup form (or verbally during a call with a MyJava representative), MyJava may send you SMS text messages related to your peer-support participation — including welcome confirmations, group session reminders, roster and RSVP confirmations, and availability check-ins.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers are collected solely to operate the MyJava pilot and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Message frequency varies based on your session schedule. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@myjava.ai. Opting out of SMS does not remove you from the pilot — we will simply contact you by phone or email instead.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or through the MyJava.AI platform.
