MyJava.AI is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and delete your information when you interact with our voice-based peer support platform.

Welcome to MyJava.ai. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MyJava voice-based peer-support platform and pilot program operated by Java Group Programs LLC ("MyJava," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for the pilot or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

MyJava provides AI-facilitated peer-support group sessions and related communications for participants. The pilot program is offered on a limited, evolving basis and features may change, pause, or end at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or scheduling details.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our signup form (or consenting verbally on a call), you agree to receive SMS text messages from MyJava about your pilot sessions, including reminders, roster and RSVP confirmations, availability check-ins, and important program updates.

  • Message frequency varies based on your session schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
  • We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or consent to any third party for marketing purposes.

Full details on how we handle your information are in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyJava respectfully and lawfully. You will not misuse the service, harass other participants, or attempt to disrupt sessions or systems.

5. Not Medical or Emergency Care

MyJava provides peer support and companionship. It is not a medical, psychiatric, crisis, or emergency service and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number (e.g., 911 in the US).

6. Privacy

Your use of MyJava is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or the MyJava platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
